The Process
Initial Consultation or Intake
We begin with a brief call or intake form. You tell us what you want built, supported, or automated—and what a successful final output should look like.
Proposal & Review
We provide a clear proposal, draft outline, or prototype (including a draft GPT when applicable), along with defined milestones and scope. You review, refine, and approve before work begins.
Implementation
We execute the work collaboratively. This may include professional development sessions, consulting engagements, or custom tool development, delivered virtually or on-site when appropriate.
Ongoing Support & Evaluation
Every engagement includes follow-up provisions such as coaching, issue resolution, refinement, and evaluation to ensure the work continues to function as intended.
For organizations that prefer it, we can also conduct engagements through Upwork, providing an additional layer of contract structure, tracking, and payment management.
