When you upload redacted assessment scores, I:

• Look at progress over time (Is the student improving, staying the same, or declining?)

• Find the most important skill gaps (what the student needs help with most)

• Create a practical plan that includes:

  • What teachers should do in class

  • How peer tutors can help

  • Simple things families can do at home

  • Clear goals with dates and progress checks

  • A short to-do list for the principal to monitor
